Adam Dickinson recently started with us here at CYA, based in the Cockermouth Office as Sport Workforce Development Co-ordinator.  The aim of his post is to help support sports clubs around Cumbria to become more effective through individual help and support packages.

He can offer a range of sport specific assistance as well as the more generic support like funding advice and guidance,  access to information, help with training for management committees, health and safety, first aid and child protection training to name a few.
